I came early to see if they could see me early. But they couldn't. I left and came back. I was still early but I was allowed to sit in the waiting room until they could check me in. It was very HOT outside. When I got to see the doctor, she explains in detail what my MRI showed. I was relieved that it wasn't anything serious. I’ve felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in the building the two beautiful front desk clerks was very polite and informative since I didn’t know how to pronounce most of the medical words on the tablet. Ms.Grant has a beautiful soul and she informed me about when I get around 22-24 weeks I should get a pregnancy belly holder(Lol I forgot what’s it called) so that my posture could be adjusted so I’m not slouching. I give them 10 stars. I’ve recently switched OGBYN due to me being uncomfortable with my last one. But they really make me & my baby happy when I walk threw the door. Thank you so much ladies 🥰.

Dr. Quarshie was very professional and knowledgeable in the woman's body. I thought I had a partial hysterectomy in 1994. She explained the difference between a partial and total. I know I had a total. She was very gently in performing the pap smear and there was no tension. I like her and the way she handles business.

I love this office, short wait times, everyone including the front desk is extremely nice and patient. The only small issue is I see different nurses and doctors every time so it’s hard to build a relationship with the people you started with since you’ll be with them throughout your pregnancy. First time coming today. Establishment is clean. Staff is very friendly. Doctor actually listened to all my issues and concerns and came up with a plan to help me. There was no one with a attitude or not willing to help me, so definitely using them again in the future. Update: after having my youngest i complained about my body being off.. being tired all the time and just knowing something wasn't right. The doctor had me fast and come on for a blood test to do a full panel, and found my sugar was extremely high( was never diagnosed with diabetes in my pregnancy and never checked with my general practitioner or ob that i went to after having my son) this was something that'd been going on for 2 years and it took me going there to find out why i was experiencing these issues.... And i also had to get my implant out of my arm due to my body not accepting it. The lady was super nice explaining my other options of IUDs and what's he would recommend and popped out my other one which had moved a little in my arm since i got it 2 months prior....

I'm a patient that was seen in the Stone Mt office near my home but the office closed and my Dr left the practice - unfortunately, therefore moving me to the Decatur office - the ambience is definitely not the same but better with the staff in the examination area who are definitely more friendly and professional than the front office receptionist. Her energy and mannerisms are VERY COLD, UNFRIENDLY and somewhat unwelcoming. Not sure I'm going to continue as a patient there. I'm giving a 5 star shout out to the medical staff in the back, however, and Nurse Practioner Sanchez who were amazing, professional, comforting and very accommodating. I've got a year to think about it ....

My experience was the best. I am a new patient and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience from the receptionist warm welcome, to the nurse who help the doc I wish I knew her name so I could shout her out, but I will edit when I see her again because she made me feel comfortable from beginning to end, to the phlebotomist. Everyone was professional, friendly, and funny. The phlebotomist gave the best service I’ve had in a while because I tensed up, thinking that I was gonna feel the pinch and I didn’t feel a thing, she was better than the hospital phlebotomist.
