Emergencies

In case of a life-threatening emergency, go immediately to the emergency center or Labor & Delivery at Dekalb Medical Center and ask them to contact us.

If an emergency arises, we will respond promptly. You can reach our emergency answering service by calling our main number 404-508-2000 or directly at 770-991-5301. They will contact the provider on call immediately, who will return your call. Please do not make any other calls while the provider is trying to reach you. Please turn off your caller ID/block which may prevent your return call from ringing through.

Telephone Calls

Routine calls for information, appointments, or prescription drug refills should be made during normal office hours so that we will have your chart available. Please describe your request in detail to our staff who will convey it to the providers. One of the providers or their staff will call you back later in the day. Please limit after-hours calls to urgent and emergency needs only. Please contact us using the main office number (404-508-2000) even at night or on weekends.

Prescriptions and Refills

Prescriptions and refills for medications are issued during regular business hours. Since many diseases have the same symptoms, an accurate diagnosis is usually possible only with an office visit rather than over the telephone.
